Let the Light...

Let the light of this new day,
touch your hand,
inspire your heart
and encourage your soul into action.

Hey Beautiful

Hey Beautiful! You, yes you!
Why not take some time to do something for yourself RIGHT NOW! Yes in this moment, do something for you!
Take a few deep breaths, in and out, nice and slow, and feel your shoulders relax.
Smile and tell yourself how amazing you are. How much you have achieved, and how much potential you have to achieve even more. Knowing that in this moment you are enough. Give yourself this time and these thoughts and see how your day and your smile shine even brighter.
From my heart to yours,
Jen

Give what you need to Receive!

Give what you need to receive... but also remember to give these things to yourself!

There is an old saying, that was repeated to me hundreds of times in my childhood (anyone else's?)

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"
Matthew 7:12

Have you ever asked yourself about what you are doing and saying to yourself?

How many friends, would you still call friends, if they spoke to you the way you speak to (and about) yourself?

Powerful thought hey!

How about giving yourselfsome love, some compassion, some understanding and most of all some space and grace.

Give to yourself, and give yourself a break!

From my heart to yours,
Jen

It's OK

Sometimes we all could do with this reminder...
putting this into action in my life tonight!

What I am saying when I say... I Love You!

What I am saying when I say
I Love You...
Thank you for making me feel special,
Thank you for accepting me for me,
Thank you for encouraging me to grow, without forcing me to change,
Thank you for sharing your love with me,
and for all of the special memories
we have made, and for all those we
are yet to make, together.

What are you saying?
