Are you holding on too tight?
Do you need to let go... even just a little?
This is where I am today.
Sometimes we need to step back a little, no matter how hard that may be, and look at why we are holding on, and if holding on is causing us more grief than letting go.
Is what we are holding onto actually worth holding onto and even fighting for, or would it be best for all involved to step back, or let go completely?
There are times we really don't need to hold on quite so tightly. Are you trying to control a situation or an outcome, rather than letting it all unfold in it's own time and place
.
Maybe we don't need to have everything perfect (how many perfectionists do we have out there?).
Maybe we can put 'tools down' for a few minutes, or even a day, to relax and actually ENJOY life.
Maybe we could take some time to see a relationship for what it is, and what it isn't. And then spend some more time either accepting this or working on changing it.
Maybe we don't need to live up to what we percieve others opinions or expectations are of us.
We need to be true to ourselves, to live our lives, but not try to control our lives... let life live through you, let life flow through you and let love be the centre of all of your actions and answers.
